HLSK was created in 2007, after 10 years of collaboration, by Christian HOLLIER-LAROUSSE and Annette SION, both specialized in Intellectual Property.

Annette SION was, during 10 years of Christian HOLLIER-LAROUSSE’s associate, before becoming his partner, in 2007.
This formation enabled her to acquire a solid practice as a Lawyer in both advice and litigation.
Specialist in Intellectual Property, she intervenes more precisely in the fields of copyright law, designs, trade-mark law, competition law and press law.
Her current practice of English and German enables her to deal with both national and international customers.
She’s member of various associations specialized in the Intellectual Property:

Gautier KAUFMAN

DEA of intellectual Property in 1996
Gautier Kaufman was, during 7 years, Christian HOLLIER-LAROUSSE’s associate, before founding his own firm.
He was the founding partner of Atticus Avocats.
In June 2017, he joined Hollier-Larousse & associés.
Since 2012, he is actively involved in the Conseil National des Barreaux (French Law Society).
He teaches trademark law at the CELSA (Sorbonne University).
Gautier Kaufman’s work covers all areas of intellectual property law, including industrial property and copyright, as well as unfair competition issues.
For a long time implanted near the auction house Drouot, he represents galleries, authors and buyers in the field of art market.
He has developed a solid expertise for the defense of the regulated professions (liability, ethics…).
He is member of l’AFPIDA
(french group of International Literary and Artistic Association).

Aurélie DELAFOND-NIELSEN

Aurélie DELAFOND-NIELSEN is associate at HOLLIER-LAROUSSE & PARTNERS since 2007.
She practices advise and litigation in trade-mark law, copyright law, designs and competition law.
Fluent in English, she assists the partners in the management of the files for both national and international customers.
She intervenes in intellectual property for the ATELIERS DE PARIS.
She's member of the APRAM
(Association of Experts of the Trade-mark law and of the Models)
